Our traineeship is designed for graduates who want to build a career in fixed income and are looking for direct exposure to front-office activity from day one. Not from the sidelines, but at the heart of the business.

Over the course of approximately 12 months, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple desks, develop a strong understanding of fixed income products and markets, and learn how transactions are originated, structured and executed.

The programme begins with a short introduction across Mid-Office, KYC and Risk, providing a solid foundation of how our business operates. From there, you will rotate through Origination, Syndicated Loans, Money Markets, and Secondary Sales & Trading.

Each rotation offers a different perspective on the market. Some are fast-paced and execution-driven. Others are more analytical and transaction-focused. Together, they provide a broad understanding of the capital markets ecosystem and help you discover where your strengths and ambitions fit best.

From an early stage, you will work alongside experienced professionals, join client meetings, contribute to live transactions and gain exposure to real market activity. As your knowledge and confidence grow, so will your responsibilities.
